An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your device that allows you to activate a data plan without a physical SIM card. It works just like a regular SIM but is programmed digitally via a QR code.

Most modern smartphones released after 2018 support eSIM, including iPhone XS+, Google Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+. Check your device settings for an 'Add eSIM' or 'Add Cellular Plan' option.

Getting StartedDo I need an internet connection to install my eSIM?

Yes, you need a WiFi or mobile data connection to download and install the eSIM profile. We recommend installing before your trip while you have WiFi access.

Getting StartedCan I use eSIM alongside my physical SIM?

Yes! Most eSIM-compatible devices support dual-SIM functionality. Your physical SIM stays active for calls/texts while the eSIM provides data.

Getting StartedWhen does my data plan start?

Your plan validity starts when you first connect to a mobile network in your destination country, not when you purchase or install the eSIM.

InstallationHow do I install my eSIM on iPhone?

Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. Scan the QR code from your purchase email or dashboard. Follow the prompts to complete setup.

Yes, and we recommend it! Install your eSIM while you have WiFi. The data plan won't start until you connect to a network at your destination.

InstallationI lost my QR code. Can I get a new one?

Your QR code is always available in your account dashboard under 'My eSIMs'. You can also find it in your purchase confirmation email.

TroubleshootingMy eSIM won't connect to a network. What do I do?

Try these steps: 1) Enable data roaming for the eSIM line. 2) Toggle airplane mode on/off. 3) Restart your device. 4) Manually select a network in Settings. If issues persist, contact our support team.

TroubleshootingMy data speed is very slow. How can I fix it?

Slow speeds can be caused by network congestion or signal strength. Try: 1) Moving to an area with better coverage. 2) Restarting your device. 3) Switching between 4G/5G in settings. Contact us if speeds remain unusable.

TroubleshootingI accidentally deleted my eSIM. Can it be reinstalled?

Unfortunately, most eSIMs can only be installed once due to security restrictions. Contact our support team and we'll issue a replacement.

TroubleshootingMy eSIM shows 'No Service' even though I have data remaining.

Ensure data roaming is enabled for your eSIM line. Check that the eSIM is set as the primary data source. If the issue persists, try restarting your device or manually selecting a carrier.

BillingWhat payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

BillingCan I get a refund?

We offer refunds for unused eSIMs (not yet installed or connected). Once an eSIM has been activated and used, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.

BillingAre there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no activation fees, no subscription fees, and no auto-renewal charges.

BillingWill I be charged automatically when my plan expires?

No. We do not auto-renew or auto-charge. When your plan expires, you'll need to manually purchase a new plan or top-up if you need more data.

AccountHow do I create an account?

Click 'Get Started' and sign up with your email address. You can also sign in with Google or Apple for faster access. No credit card required to create an account.

AccountI forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click 'Login' then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email and we'll send a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour.

AccountCan I use one account for multiple devices?

Yes! You can purchase and manage multiple eSIMs from a single account. Each eSIM can be installed on a different device.

AccountHow do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in your dashboard and select 'Delete Account'. This action is permanent and will remove all your data. Active eSIMs will continue to work until they expire.
